Can it take reservations directly?
It can send guests to your reservation system (OpenTable, Resy, Tock or your own page) at the right moment in the conversation. If you take reservations by phone, it collects party size, date and time and sends them to you to confirm.
Does it work for catering-only or food trucks?
Yes. Swap the reservation branch for catering and booking questions and it becomes a quote request bot.
Can it answer allergy questions?
It can share what your menu says, but it will not guarantee a dish is allergen free. It directs guests with serious allergies to speak with your staff.
