Templates included with your plan
Advanced members pick 5 ready-made template bots, Pro members pick 10, and Agency gets all 16, plus new ones as they ship. Basic starts from a blank canvas.
- About two hours after you join, we email you a link to pick your templates.
- Enter the email you log in to BotStudio with, choose your plan and tick the ones you want.
- We check your plan and load them into your account, usually within a few hours, and email you when they're in.
Templates arrive switched off, so nothing goes live until you fill in your details and turn them on. Each template uses one of your bot slots. If your account is short on room, we load as many as fit and tell you.
Want to swap one? Delete the template you don't need, then reply to your confirmation email or use Talk to our team and tell us which one you want instead. Each account gets one pick through the form.
Update your card, see receipts or cancel
Open the customer portal and sign in with the email you used at checkout. You can update your payment method, download receipts and manage your subscription there.
Change plans
To upgrade or downgrade, use Talk to our team in the Help Center or email [email protected]. We'll move you to the new plan and keep your bots.
Don't cancel and re-buy to switch plans. Cancelling suspends your account, and your bots stop answering.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to update your card in the customer portal. We email you when it happens. After 3 days the account is suspended. Once the payment goes through, your account is restored automatically.
Suspended accounts
A suspended account can't use its bots and they stop answering visitors. Accounts are suspended after an unresolved failed payment, after cancellation, or after a refund. Your bots and settings are kept, so restoring payment brings everything back.
Usage limits
Each plan includes a number of bots, chat responses per month, an AI usage allowance and AI knowledge storage. If you reach a monthly limit, your bots may stop responding until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. Need more room? Change plans.
