AutoFlows Pro
Click AutoFlows at the top of the Flow Builder and describe what the bot should do. AutoFlows drafts a complete flow you can edit like any other.
A good prompt includes who the business is, what to ask, and what happens at the end:
"I run a pressure washing company in Atlanta. Greet visitors, ask whether it's a house, driveway or deck, the size, and when they want it done. Collect name, phone and email, then say we'll text a quote within 2 hours."
Then review it: rename buttons, add a branch, make sure each path ends with Save Data, and test.
MCP: connect Claude or ChatGPT Pro
MCP connects an AI assistant to your BotStudio account. Then you can ask it to build flows, write AI instructions, add knowledge, set up AI Actions, change branding and settings, create demo links and read your leads.
- In BotStudio, open MCP connections and copy your server URL.
- Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT: add it as a custom MCP connector in settings (available on supported plans).
- Paste the URL, sign in with your BotStudio login, and approve access.
Prompts to try
- "Build me a quote bot for my landscaping company. Ask about yard size, service and budget."
- "Train my FAQ bot on the text from my services page."
- "Show me this week's leads and which ones mentioned a budget over $5,000."
Bots the assistant creates start switched off, so you can review them before they go live.
